  1. Activation is Key: Please scan the code ONLY WHEN YOU WANT TO ACTIVATE the plan. It will be activated when you download the code, so timing is crucial.
  2. Internet Connection is Mandatory: During the eSIM installation process, your mobile device must have an internet connection. Ensure your device has good network coverage or is connected to a Wi-Fi network.
  3. QR Code Alternatives: If your mobile device cannot scan the QR code, don't worry! Simply save the QR code to another device and scan it from there.
  4. Activation Upon Arrival: Your eSIM data plan will start when activated upon arrival at your destination, ensuring seamless connectivity from the get-go.
  5. Manual Network Selection: In case you encounter issues accessing the internet, navigate to the network selection menu, turn off Automatic mode, and manually select an operator (refer to the plan descriptions for guidance).
  6. One eSIM, One Device: Remember, one eSIM can only work with one device. Once an eSIM is added to a device, it cannot be transferred.
  7. Multiple Profiles, Single Activation: While you can add multiple eSIM profiles to the same device, only one eSIM can be activated and used at a time. To keep things organized, you may rename your eSIMs for easy identification. Upon arrival, be sure to select the correct eSIM.
